Package the 90-day path, SOPs, go-live checklist, and exec one-pager. Leave with a decision-ready readout and a clear sequel only if you choose Production Build after deposit.

Commercial terms
Fixed fee AED 90,000–120,000 for one named workflow. Scope and price locked at kick-off; 50% deposit starts the sprint. We schedule into the next open slot; capacity-limited — not a countdown and no published start/end dates. Production Build only after the sprint 50% deposit; it is not the first offer.
